Overall stay is very good, the room is confortable, clean and the staffs are very helpful. It offers wide variety of selection for breakfast buffet. It could be better if the shower is equipped with a glass door to avoid water going out to rest of restroom.

World trade center event stay

Convenient location for events at the world trade center. Nice breakfasts with great staff. Bed was not super confortable, showers have no water pressure, rooms are small. But ... convenient location.

This is the easy fix and solution when coming to a congress in world trade center. The hotel and team always deliver.. even when super busy. Reception team are exceptionally friendly and quick to adjust to your need. have been coming several times over the years, convenient and extra decent and clean. plus several dining options at reach.

Front desk was helpful and busy at the same time offered me coffee while waiting to check In friendly staff, but the downside was parking and valet as it’s slow and not enough valet workers that result in a long wait time during the day and night time, prime location of the hotel

Staff wonderful. Location great close to metro. They will bring you a coffee on request. Not real clean. Dark paint and carpet make it dark and old looking. Some odors. The shower is impossible to maintain temp and water everywhere.

too many pipes as theme of room. cold water not available for shower. all shower head are not properly screwed. no shower curtain or door. no sofa bed. dark paint made the room look haunted. room was smelly. no body wash or shampoo for shower. hand towel was not so clean. staff was good. confused about the amount of pipes in the room, it made the room congested. we will not be coming to this hotel next time.

I have been staying in Ibis for quite sometime during Arab Health exhibition. This year I noticed that the prices was very higher for what they offer. I had breakfast included, and my customer came to see me. I ordered a coffee, they charged 9.00chf. I live in Switzerland, and not even here, they charge that. Management has some rules that makes the employees not taking any decisions. Service is everything in a hotel. They were all nice, but very afraid to take decisions. No flexible at all. I was very disappointed. Next year, will stay for the first time in another hotel close by. And will take my distributors with me. Give more freedon to the employees to be more flexible. Let them make the call, using the common sense.
