"I loved the fountain show and the breakfast at Gastronomy. The water park next door was great fun. The staff when checking in was not friendly and my room had a weird smell.. I had maintenance people constantly in and out of my room for 3 days. They got me humidifier for the stinky smell that was in my room. I was move to a different room eventually. It was a lot of work repacking my closet at things close to midnight. My stay was 6 days, I felt I was not properly treated, until I met with the manager. She fix things immediately. But I felt it was a little too late. Even when we sat in the front lobby for drinks and dessert the staff was not welcoming. My over all thought try it out for a few days but staying longer you will see its beautiful to look at but the staff lacks warmth and knowledge on how to fix things. They keep asking me what I think they could do to make up for it. I’m like I don’t know give us a buffet dinner. We had to ask them like 3x they looked at us like we were crazy. Anyway I don’t think I would stay there again one time was enough for me, Its not a 5 star service that’s for sure."
"Everything thing is perfectly fine. If hotel management add car rental in service and make it combine we can book both together.
Breakfast is very good and clean sitting environment.
Terminal one is just walking distance.

"Definitely one of the best Hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My room cleaner “Jabed” was not just a great cleaner but a very kind soul willing to go the extra mile to attend to my needs. The front desk was exceptionally professional; especially “Tubisuh”; who was always helpful & professional at every call, need, or request. Great place overall. I’ll surely stay there again the next time I visit Dubai."
"This hotel is hidden jem, it is amazing in spacious modern room, good place either for family or work. The area around is so vivid, a lot of restaurants and shops. you can not get bored. Also value wise, it is amazing."
