Great hideaway resort with top class service

The staff was amazing and when an issue arose, everything was done to fix it. The privacy, large residence and peace of the whole resort really allowed us to fully rest. Parking was easy and access to Dubai very convenient (more so than other locations closer to town).

We normally stay at the Atlantis royal or Jumeirah beach hotel but the overall experience here at Kempinski was actually better. We had a 2 bed suite which was amazing. Spacious and all the amenities anyone could need. The hotel is in a brilliant location . We did Watersports etc easily. The swimming pool is ace. Aside from all this though, what makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They can’t do enough for you. They are just superb, every one of them. The personal touches and service received is just so special. The little things like speaking to the the kids and making conversation with them is so nice. A special mention to Ahmed Adel the night manager who is just excellent and Sophie (I think) who checked us in. A really personal check in experience. When my kids say this is one of the best hotels they’ve stayed at and want to come back , that tells you everything! Can’t wait to come back
