The room is perfect but I have been staying in the hotel for over 10 years. Its about time the television appliance be changed. Everything else is outstanding. I must give a generous recommendation to the gentlemen, who handles your luggage from inside and outside the hotel. The gentlemen are the cornerstone stone of Majestic. Considerate Comfortable and excellent staff!

Way above my expectations. Really great stay with excellent comfort! The front office staff during check-in were very considerate and helpful where seeing we check-in early morning at 4am our checkout time was extended by 2 hours which was very helpful for us. I would highly recommend Majestic retreat Hotel for anyone who wants to have a stay in Dubai during their long layover during transit. Great view from the 20 th floor too!

The staff and service workers were all great and attentive, the food was great and there were plenty to chose from, the rooms are spacious and the shower water was easy to control cold warm or hot water, security is top notch, plenty of entertainment within the hotel, and plenty of shops and resturants within walking distance...I can't forget the laundry service it was great as well, I have no cons to give for this hotel its one of the best budget friendly hotels in Bur Dubai.

worst experience

Will never stay at this hotel again. Smells alcohol and cigarette in the whole hotel. Only 1 lift that takes forever to come. Waited for the lift at least 5-8 minuts every time. Not a family friendly hotel at all. The staff that work as cleaners and kitchen staff is so kind. The reception staff is not willing to help and rude. My worst stay in Dubai so far. Always drunk people coming for the dancebar. You can even hear the sound from the bar up to the room. It was times where drunk people even called our room bell and ran away.

Very friendly staff. Always happy to help. The only downfall would be the waiting time for the lifts. As there are only two, the wait to use them can sometimes take longer. Otherwise overall experience was very good.

Good staff but not enough lifts for guests only 2 lifts. The presence of clubs within the hotel also means it gets a bit rowdy on weekends. Good access to supermarkets and street foodt. shop nearby has very good and cheap tea

I wanted a place that offered breakfast, and was skeptical about what breakfast they offered. I LOVED the breakfast and variety of foods they had. Our room was clean, housekeeping was great, staff was great and friendly. There was supermarkets and pharmacies within a couple minutes walk. Souks within walking distance. The view was and balcony was beautiful. The tub was really nice, water pressure was good. We enjoyed the pool several days, as well as the saunas. There were no microwaves, but everything else was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel. I’m a foodie, and just loved the breakfast. A large variety, I always left stuffed because I wanted a little bit of everything.

First day met Krishna at the reception. Very friendly, very accommodating and pleasant . From there 3 days was just awesome.This hotel is Very convenient for me .All the staff I met were helpful and kind and I had a great stay . My only request is put shower curtains in the bathrooms to prevent water falling on the tiles..Will definitely book again.

It's not suitable for family vacations. The building is too old, cleanness was poor, has too many lounges/clubs, is noisy, and a lot of people traffic inside the lobby just for 2 elevators. They have a limited buffet breakfast. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
