Does exactly what it says on the tin. Staff were fast and efficient, room spotless and a great location.

Reasonable and close to the city, also Rathmines is a great area, as well as close by Ranelagh. Would recommend.

A good choice, very nice staff
I was looking for a clean and well located low budget hotel and was very happy with my choice. Basic rooms but comfortable and very clean, good location with a 10min walk from a lot of restaurants and pubs, calm neighbourhood with a supermarket just by the door, and a very nice front desk staff, very friendly and always ready to help.

This hotel is in a very convenient place. I admire the man at the front in the early morning of Monday the 4th of Sept. He came out of the hotel to help me, when I was waiting for a taxi.

There's nothing exceptional about the place - noise carries easily from corridors and it smells a bit stuffy - but it's a convenient base, clean, and staff are helpful.

Overall it was a really good stay. I think the only thing that would have been an extra touch would be if the team greeted their guests whenever they came back, just a simple “hello, how was your day” would have done it. The only person who did greet us everytime was Jamie (the team member who worked the late shift most of our stay). But it would have been great if this was consistent from all the team members. It’s the small things that does not cost anything that makes the difference for us. But overall, very good - we got a nice large room, housekeeping was friendly!

The hotel room was very dirty and had an odd smell. There were several dark stains on the carpet. Would not recommend.

Good stay
Good stay, comfortable big room. Comfortable bed. Room was cold on arrival, storage heater on the wall. Very clean. No issues.

Room and hotel are very clean, as in spotless! The staff was friendly and helpful. The bus stop right outside the hotel has several busses to take you straight into central Dublin (about 20 minutes). Many restaurants, grocery stores and bars are close by.
