Right size for a solo traveler like myself. The property was clean and staff was awesome. It was safe and had a grocery store walking distance. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks to the helpful staff.

Dublin stay.

This is close to the city centre. It is basic, but excellent. Do, if you want a TV in your room forget it. It is clean, there is a kitchen and it is quiet. I wanted somewhere to stay overnight as I have a transatlantic flight and further flights

I will always stay here when visiting Dublin. This is my 2nd stay. The area is relatively poor, but a short walk to plenty of retail and easy walk to main parts of Dublin. Parking is on the street and can be paid by ticket machine or with an app, so it is convenient. 1st floor has a Mexican restaurant that also is a good place to get varied coffees, etc. The rooms have nice work desks, the WiFi is good. Highly recommend if you are looking for a low-cost, clean, convenient place to stay in Dublin.

Good for the price. Very clean and secure. Downside was that there was not too much in the area and the rooms were very warm, even with an open window. Was a quick walk (about 15 minutes) to city centre and a 10 minute walk to the nearest Luas station.

Lovely stay in a clean hotel! Lighting was very good and there was a good amount of space for the price! Only thing is I wish the check in was earlier than 4pm/ check out later than 10pm but apart from that it was pleasant

Nice budget friendly place

It was a nice big room with 2 small beds, room was hot but thats not their fault it was unusually warm in Dublin. They supplied us a fan to get by. There is a shared kitchen with all amenities if you dont feel like eating out. Decent location, only a 15 minute walk to downtown.

Clean & convenient

Needed a low cost hotel for 2 nights. The hotel was clean and convenient for what we needed. The only downside was the cleaners hoovering outside our rooms at 8am in the morning when trying to sleep. Had to ask them to stop. The mattress also very thin and uncomfortable.

Good value, nice stay.

This place is a bit off the beaten path, but the space was clean and a great value. The noise from the bar across the street was frustrating at night, but out of the control of Suite Dublin. Would recommend for one or two people only. If you’re unfamiliar with the city, plan for extra time to get there. The tram at Smithfield is the closest station but still a 10 minute walk.

If you are looking for somewhere a lot cheaper than a hotel to stay in when in Dublin, this is great. It is in a nice area with a lot of good amentities, and is a 10 minute walk away from the main city centre. The only thing I would highlight it that you are staying in student accomodation and the walls are very thin, so noise travels easily. We had to tell our neighbours a couple of times to turn down their music. As I say, I would still recommend this place and I think it's a great alternative, but just keep in mind that noise is something you might have to deal with.

Very nice front desk staff. Bed was quite uncomfortable, incredibly loud dorm areas! We had a pretty disappointing stay being kept up late by yelling in the courtyard and doors slamming all night. The bed was very small and uncomfortable for the price. Also very very hot, no fan provided. To keep the window open and have air flow you’d have to keep the blinds open which look directly into the other rooms.

Considering that accommodation in Dublin is very expensive, the Swuite Dublin is still a good option BUT it's not a hotel at all or even an "aparthotel", it's a student accommodation. The city center is accessible in 20 minutes on foot, very significant. Negative points: not very clean especially the common kitchen which was not cleaned during the 3 days of our visit, disgusting everywhere, nothing to wash the (rare) dishes which are therefore very dirty. Very uncomfortable bedding in a tiny rrom. Very badly soundproofed both on the corridors and outside. In short, we sleep badly alle 3 nights.

Staff were very helpful at all hours (they are available 24 hours). There is a nearby grocery store. Area is quiet with pizza place and nearby. Good for a few nights stay out transit.
