This review made us so sad. We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. And even more sorry you didn't share your concerns with us. We have been making great strides on the remodel of the motel that was built in the 50s. It isn't new but it is clean. ❤️

We are so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us at the Bear. We are working hard to update our vintage building. We do have free killer wifi as Google stayed here for the eclipse and we upgraded everything in preparation. Sorry if you didn't get that information. We serve s'mores at night around the river campfire and offer over 1500 movies to check out to watch in room. Thanks for taking the time to review us. ❤️

We are so sad you didn't enjoy your stay with us. I so wish you would have told us of your concerns. We are at 6800 feet above sea level and there are only a few days per year AC would be needed. It is in the 40s at night and 70s in the days currently. We have no cable by choice. We make s'mores by the river nightly and have recently upgraded our internet services so everyone could be streaming at the same time.
