“We arrived at 740 pm we had 9 pm dinner plans it took us 1 hr and 20minutes to check in .Jose was the only employee working at the front desk the check in kiosk were all out of order and there were at least 20 people on line. About half hour later the front manager Denzel finally came up front to assist with another front desk employee but by then the wait was ridiculous. I have to wonder if they came to assist after I called ceasers directly to let them know what was going on at the front...

“It’s been awhile since I stayed here, I don’t know what happened. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way, someone ought to come in and clean the windows there was so much dust like uncared for. There were a few rooms at the time I stayed that had some sketchy people banging on one another’s door, screaming at one another several times. The young woman in the office was so nice and helpful I felt bad to see her from the morning straight through the night but she was always pleasant”

“Our car broke down and we could not make our reservation. I understand rules but this was out of our control. We called Expedia & the hotel and both were TERRIBLE with accommodating anything. I get policies but again things happen and I will never use Expedia again.”
