โThis is a top notch hotel. We come to Nanaimo occasionally to visit my son but this is the first time we have stayed at this location. It is now our go to location. Excellent room with many modern features, good breakfast restaurant on site, easy walk to restaurants.โ
โ Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was comfortable and had good sound proofing considering the TransCanada noise outside. Easy access to the ferries. Will stay here any time we travel through Nanaimo. โ
โOlder building but nicely renovated. Very close to the waterfront and our room had a wonderful harbour view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. โ

โWe stayed here after travelling from the interior and catching the late ferry. It was a great stopover with our two young kids. The room was clean, updated, and the whole grounds felt safe to be in. We showed up after check in hours but the reception left our key for us so we didnโt have to worry about timing. I would recommend staying here !โ
