A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff was welcoming. We walked out the door and were on the board walk. Absolutely beautiful! Breakfast was good with a variety of food selections. My reason for 4 stars is that our room felt damp. We had to have the AC running all the time. It was a hot, humid day in Duluth so maybe the AC just couldn’t keep up with it.

From check in to check out, it was an excellent experience! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful- every single person I encountered that worked there- and I take customer service seriously; it matters. The room was meticulously clean. Room was clean and spacious. Nice staff and accommodating, pool very nice w 2 hot tubs. Breakfast was nice. Only thing I wished was a bar with food for lunch and dinner. There were plenty of restaurants nearby but with a toddler would have been nice to grab something at hotel
