"The pool was closed, the gym seemed stocked but I didn’t use any of the machines. only one elevator worked and it took forever to come. The hallway and stairs smelled of urine. The light cover literally fell off the wall above the sink as I was in the rest room. It was quiet and very close to shopping. "

The room was very clean when we arrived however, housekeeping does not come through and clean the rooms enough. My stay was for four days and I think they cleaned the room on the last night I was there"

"The outside of this nice hotel looked horrible. Fake plants, nasty fountain with no water coming out, but the water in the fountain looked like a swamp. If I hadn’t gone indie , first, to see the state of the hotel I wouldn’t have stayed. The outside of the hotel is everybody’s first impression. Do better! I think Hilton can afford some real flowers in the flower pots. "
