"Breakfast menu had low quality choices, shower was very small, cheap curtains keep touching my skin while trying to shower and the water from the sink was draining super slow. When leaving the hotel, the driver didn’t even try helping me load my 5 suitcase I had or dismount at the airport and when he was pulling out of the hotel parking lot we almost had an accident with an upcoming vehicle on the road. "I was not satisfied with my stay. I landed at 11 PM and wanted to take the hotel shuttle, but when I tried calling the hotel’s phone number — the same number advertised everywhere — nobody answered. I ended up wasting an entire hour before finally taking an expensive taxi to the hotel. After I got to my room, I discovered there was no air conditioning and no way to open the window. The staff eventually sent someone to open the window for me. The receptionist later showed me that the hotel phone was not ringing at all, which made the whole situation even more frustrating."
