The staff is absolutely amazing! Out of 5 hotels on 4 different islands I’ve stayed recently, the staff really made the Henia feel like home. From housekeeping, to advice on local eateries and services, the care they show for their work is unmatched anywhere I’ve experienced. 10/10 will recommend to everyone visiting Dumaguete. I’ve been to this hotel numerous times and I never had any complaints. Breakfast is good for being free and it’s so close to a hospital and the immigration office.

The room was really good for sleeping with not much comfort to offer. Set-up of the room was in disarray. Only bath towels were provided and bath mats. Breakfast was reasonable. Would not recommend staying in the place if looking for comfort and a little class and luxury.
