“It's okay for the money. It's a low-cost option in Duncan. Bring your own towels as the ones provided are about the size of a bandana. The toilet paper feels like newsprint. But, for a no-frills basic stay, it's okay. You get what you pay for. The staff was helpful and responsive.”

“Upon arrival and enter the room, blankets on bed had burn holes a non smoking room smelled terrible like cigs smoke. The tub had a huge crack in it. The toilet was clogged. Overall very poor and horrible experience during stay. Not to mention people outside the room talking loudly all night long.”
