This is a very clean old style motel. It is conveniently located to most of Lawton. The shower stall looks better than my shower at home!

Although old and no frills, room 108 was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC/heater worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, and no sign of bugs inside or out.

The curtains looked like they had blood spatter, felt very uncomfortable with the area. The staff was friendly and the room was very dated. The sheets felt scratchy so the bed was uncomfortable for me.

nice place to stay.

The owner was very nice and eager to help. the rooms were fine, no issues. The biggest thing I noticed was how well lit the parking lot was, it was like daytime it was so bright. I would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

I have stayed there many times in the past few years and they ALWAYS treat me like royalty. Great price and great service. I forgot my motorcycle cleaning rags and she brought me a clean used towel to clean with and told me to keep it or trash it. Service above board! Will always come back here!

The property apperars well cared for, with pride of ownership evident throughout. The building has apparently been freshened up with new paint, inside and out. Also, updated flooring, and bathroom fixtures. Furniture looks somewhat worn and outdated, though. Good housekeeping and no bugs. Overall, a good deal for the money.

Low rent

You get what you pay for I guess. The area and outside looked very sketchy. Room about the same. Bed was actually comfy though. The main issue was the wall-mounted AC units were so loud you really could not watch tv at the same time.

Water shut off and loud traffic

The room was clean, but the traffic was extremely loud, and the door didn't seal well to keep air out. Apparently, there was a plumbing problem in the morning: they shut off the water without notifying guests. I was in the shower! I was told it was only 10 minutes, but it wasn't. I had already dried off, dressed, and packed up my car before I went to the office, and the water was still not on. They didn't offer anything to compensate.

The room needs work curtain has a torn, bathroom ceiling has cracks, carpet needs to be shampoo has a residue smell on it, one of the bed has a small red stain on the bedsheet i ask the Host if he can bring a clean sheet he said ok he will bring it over but never showed up so i used one of the cover sheet to put it over the one with the stain.

As I drove into this property's parking lot I witnessed an actual drug deal occurring 20 feet from the front door. I immediately drove away and started looking for other accommodations. When I contacted Expedia asking for a refund due to the unsafe environment, I was asked why I did not go in and talk to the manager about this issue. I was not given a refund because "the hotel has very strict cancelation policies". Would not advise anyone to stay here or ever use Expedia to book in the future.

Was okay.

The shower was good, good towels which you don’t see in lower end places usually. But the room smelled like something had been wet and dried, it wasn’t the shower curtain, in fact the bathroom was safe from that smell. Maybe had gotten some water in the carpet, but even using a Fabreeze style odor eliminator, I could not get rid of it. Maybe it was just that particular room because this had much higher reviews from other people which is why I chose it. Generally wouldn’t have based on the way that it looked, because it looks just like a low end strip motel. That alone, I would have paid the extra $20 a room for somewhere else. It was bad enough that it would wake you up from sleeping because you could smell it

The room needs a makeover. They had a chaise lounge in the room that looked like it was just shoved in there to be stored. It didn't fit and was right aginst a set of drawers that were useless with it sitting there. When I checked in the guy working there took a picture of my license, front and back. Im not sure why i didnt say anything at the time but since i rarely use a hotel i thought it was something new that they did. When i checked out the next morning, I asked him why he took a picture and he say that it is part of the registration. I then took a picture of him and told him that we now both have pictures of each other. I reallt hope he doesn't have any nafarious plans for my info. Sounds sketchy to me.
