This is a clean and friendly place to stay, with a comfortable bed. Very good value for money, and plenty of food at the restaurant.

The units are 1960 vintage, but clean & tidy. They are adjacent to a large untidy public bar [1960 booze bar style] which seemed to attract a noisy crowd on Friday & Saturday nights that I was there. However all fairly quiet by midnight.

For a fairly inexpensive motel room it was nice. The bed was comfy and the room was reasonably big. It wasnt noisy given it right beside the pub and you could hear the other guests on either side of us. One downfall was the smell. It seemed like the room carpet had a wet dog smell but perhaps just needed a good carpet clean. Overal pretty good given the cost

Our room was basic but fine for a one night stay. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and the room was warm on a snowy, blustery night. We had an issue with the wifi and the staff were patient and helpful and went out of their way to assist us.

Séjour à Dunedin.
Accueil sympathique. Motel vieillot et chambre tres petite. Un gueridon et deux chaises pliantes, une bouilloire et un grille pain mais à decharge le motel fait aussi resto. Juste pour une nuit, deux maxi . Bien placé pres de la mer et sur la route des endroits à visiter sans passer par le centre-ville. Nombreux magasins alentours.

A great place to go surfing! The food and rooms are convenient. It was the best hotel for traveling alone. I would like to visit again.

Was a cheap property just for one night but wouldn't stay again. Dirty including uncleaned cutlery etc. Could only fill jug up in shower and furniture stained.

Clean, but felt damp. Needs to be fenced off from the pub car park. Checkin was in the pub, at the bar, with patrons looking on & hearing directions to your room! Not ideal!

Seaside hotel
Overall, we were very happy with the stay. I found a stain and hair on the bed cover when we checked in, if anything negative. Otherwise the bathroom was clean and there is nothing to complain about. Close to beach and shops.
