"The staff was great "

"The ladies at the front desk are not welcoming or nice unfortunately. One took my i.d and then argued “she did not have it” when she in fact did, and ended up giving it back. We saw a roach in our room the second night we stayed. The pool tables they advertised online are ran down and the pool sticks are broken with no tips on them. It wasn’t an absolute horrible stay as my kid enjoyed the water park, but i definitely wouldn’t spend the money i spent to stay here again. "

"We loved our stay, the staff was friendly and eager to help with our questions. Love the different choices of pools and hot tubs and loved how close we were to the beach."

"Room was partial ocean view. HEAVY on the partial. It wasn’t very clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and the stove was dirty as well. It smelled heavily of mold. I would NOT stay here again"

"staff at check in were great, our room wasn't ready but they found another that was and let us check in early. We stayed in a 2 room condo. The layout is a bit weird and they have a lot of wasted space in the room with the long hall/closets. But having 2 bathrooms was a very pleasant surprise. The pools/lazy rivers weren't heated and it wasn't that hot so that was disappointing. It was very windy up on the pool decks but the chairs on the lawn were awesome. Great location and the beach here is very nice. Restaurants here looked a little dated. Very convenient location to a lot of good restaurants and things to do. Overall good value for the money."
