โPerfect location for my short stay in Orvieto. The staff are welcoming, friendly and personable. I took the opportunity to enjoy the Spa services - very luxurious and refreshing after a full day of walking and exploring this magical town. The breakfast which was included in my stay was generous and delicious. I will definitely return to Orvieto and will always stay at the Emme. Thank you for taking such care of your guests. โ
โDas Haus ist ca. 600 Jahre alt und luebevoll renoviert und saniert. Wir hatten die Maisonette Ferienwohnung. Die Betten bequem, die Ausstattung fรผr uns vรถllig ausreichend. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sehr sauber. Das Frรผhstรผck, italienisch und sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefรผhlt!โ
โBeautiful place in a beautiful city! The grounds are so lovely and the staff so kind. The breakfast was delicious! If you donโt have a car, be prepared to call taxis as walking to town doesnโt really work. Great stay!โ
โOur stay was fine. My one learning is that parking is a bit far away, so if you have luggage -- stop right in front, take it out, then go to the designated parking. โ
โThe villa is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and the breakfasts are excellent. There is also the added advantage of plenty of parking. Our stay was only relatively short (4 nights) but we could happily have stayed at Hotel Villa Ciconia for several weeks. โ

Restaurant was ok (pagoda), a bit pricey and we had better meals outside the hotel. โ
โIt was a lovely visit to Griffin's Resort on the Tenuta Ponziani estate. The entire area is lining with lavender and olive trees and smells amazing. If you want to disconnect and relax this is the place for you, your friends and your significant other. The spa experience is amazing, and you leave with relaxed muscles and glowing skin. Truly a place to renew. Enjoy!โ
