Overall pleasing. The drainage system for the basin in room 16 and the shower closest to room 16 are very slow. They need attention. The staff in the breakfast area are very friendly and offer good service. Book out procedures need to be explained at the check-in time.

Lovely places BUT

We enjoyed our stay, clean and quiet place. WARNING: Just make sure you take a picture of what you've found in your room. Upon checking out, we were made to pay for a "missing item" in the room, that we allegedly stole. The manager couldn't properly reason with us, but was interested on having us pay... 🙁

Every thing was ok, it's only that I was not happy about the way the security to come to my room and asked how many people in a room,yet I did explain to the reseption that I have a friend that will come and visit me,and he will leave around 9, but the security come to my room around 7pm, when we check the rules it's says visitors have to leave the premises at 9

We paid double the amount for sharing a room that had no bathroom with small beds ...The toilets n showers were not clean with stagnant water in one shower...Breakfast was tok limited..We ran out of food n juice and seats..Reception closes n you get checked in by a person that does not show understanding of customer service...Ay I wl not book again.

I have liked overall . Everything close by. Facilities are good and staffs are friendly. Expedia helped me book for one night as test to see how is this place after a lots of suffering from Beach Port Lodge, but I have liked this new place and I have stayed here 9 more additional nights as well. Endroit simple et convivial

Ma chambre était trÚs propre et confortable (elles sont toutes non-fumeurs). Personnel accueillant et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est correct: jus de fruit, café (soluble), thé, céréales, laitage (sans fromage), pain de mie à volonté et plat de deux saucisses, un oeuf, patates et légumes. Beaucoup de restaurants et pubs à proximité (Florida Road). Le bruit de la circulation est assez présent. A 40mn à pieds du centre ville pour ceux qui aiment la marche comme moi.
