Downsides. Advertised with a pool. It is full as they sell an entrance ticket to anyone. Breakfast is limited and not tasty. Staff could not tell us how to call a taxi, they told us to walk to the bus station!!!"

"Very nice place to stay. Practically on the beach.The rooms was very nice (Had beach view) with balcony. The staff was kind and helpful especially the receptionist who was always smiling and helpfull if there was something i was unsure of :) The pizza in the restaurant was also delicious and very nice waitress there also. Not english menu but she explained everything perfectly :) Will definitely go back :) "
"Then we arrived at the hotel, the two girls in the reception told us, that we had cancelled the reservation, which we didnt. It was a mistake between them and Expedia. But they didnt care at all, and if we didnt insist they were wrong, we had to pay yet one more time.
Afterwards the hotel did not match the description and four star spa expectation. The spa was closed. We had several issues and broken things in our room, that we told the reception, but they didnt care at all, and none of it was...

"We had issues with checking in, since we were not able to access the building, and we had to arrange a meeting point with a staff person to get keys. Our suite on 19th floor often smelled with cooking from the another neighbors. During our stay, we lost power a couple of times. Water was shut off on first day, several times during our stay, and the most of the last day, up until our check out. The property manager didn’t apologize nor addressed the situation on the last day of our stay. One of two elevators didn’t work for a few days, which made our move up and down the building very time consuming. Even though the location of the property and the view were wonderful, overall we had a very unpleasant experience for the money, and we would never stay there again. "
