Overall a decent budget hotel to stay overnight. Free and sufficient parking space. The staff at the breakfast was super friendly and very nice to our kids!

Very clean, quiet and hospitable. Excellent breakfast, varied and tastefully prepared. Staff from the kitchen and housekeeping are very polite , friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with high ceiling and large windows. Very nice stay.

Stay away!

very basic hotel, no restaurant (misleading description given). Had to ask multiple times for fresh towels, coffee, milk, sugar etc as the maid kept forgetting to replace. Very noisy outsound during the night. Drunks seems to congregate outside. Bottle of water €6:50, which is a disgrace. Beakfast very basic, with little seating area. Definitely wont be staying again, worse hotel. I've stayed in during my visits to Dusseldorf.

Everything perfect but no internet

It was a good hotel, well equipped, solid breakfast. But you don’t get an Internet connection. At least not after 8pm. In the afternoon 4pm it works perfectly, later you can still connect to the WiFi but won’t get no internet access, which wasn’t really great being on a business trip.

Zimmer sehr sauber, ruhig und ausreichend groß. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und das Personal sehr freundlich. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten.

Not what I am used to from Best Western.

No one at the hotel to check us in for over 30 minutes. There was one towel, and one shower towel for 2 people in the room. I had reserved a room with a king size bed. The room only had a queen size.

Sehr guter Business Aufenthalt

Aufenthalt sehr gut - gutes Hygienekonzept- sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Saubere Zimmer - gutes Frühstück- was will man mehr. Alles was für mich wichtig ist. Ich komme, wenn sich die Möglichkeit bietet, wieder.

Super Hotel Super Service sehr zu empfehlen

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war hervorragend. Der Herr an der Rezeption ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Betten bequem. Checkout war sehr zügig und freundlich. Frühstücken konnte ich leider aus Zeitgründen nicht. Ich werde sicher wieder in dem Hotel übernachten wenn ich beruflich in der Nähe bin.
