The workers were super nice but i wasn’t pleased of the hotel itself … at first I checked in into my room and I noticed that the AC wasn’t working so I asked Them to change the room, but it took really long time to do so and after that, I moved into another room with an AC that needs really long time to make the room Colder in the second room there wasn’t any soap essentials, and it wasn’t clean enough

The bedrooms are only cleaned every four nights. This isn't a problem unless you have a coffee machine and glasses /cups. You won't get any more clean glasses/cups or milk or coffee capsules unless you specifically ask for them. Also the breakfast options are more for vegetarians - more vegetarian options. You can order bacon but not if there is a lot going on. Today Sunday, there wasn't a lot going on but I still wasn't allowed bacon. Fried eggs without bacon is not nice. Would I go again? No, because I would like more meat options - especially bacon.

Hotel was in eerste instantie top. Mooi, netjes, handige overdekte parkeer garage, vriendelijk geholpen bij aankomst. Entree kamer was ook fijn mooi groot en netjes. Fles water en koffie faciliteiten. De volgende ochtend 09:00 ondekte ik dat een paar handdoeken naar mijn wens niet schoon waren. Dus had ze op de grond gegooid (beleidhotel) in de avond rond 18uur kwam ik weer terug en lagen ze nog op de grond! Geen schoonmaak niets! 3 a 4 keer gevraagd voor een cleaning en onwisselen handdoeken maar geen gehoor. Volgende ochtend heb ik niet eens kunnen douchen. Nou echt nooit meer! Ben wel wat anders gewend van NH.

This is a comfortable hotel outside but near the Old City of Düsseldorf. It is easily accessible by car to the airport and the central train station. There is also a train station nearby. The optional breakfast is very expensive even for a hotel breakfast. There is a great sushi restaurant a half a block away.

Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht unseren Vorstellungen, was die Sauberkeit betrifft. Uns wurde schnell ein neues Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Frau Manila von der Rezeption hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen. Sie hatte immer ein nettes Lächeln im Gesicht und war den Hotelgästen gegenüber sehr zuvorkommend. Da wir ansonsten nicht viel Zeit im Hotel verbracht haben, kann ich wenig zum restlichen Angebot im Hotel sagen.
