No one at reception. just a number to call that give you instruction on how to get in. Took 5 different phone call to finally get someone to answer and language barriers made it incredibly difficult. No one to reach out for question or concerns ever!!!! Room was incredibly small to the point that i question if the room that i overpay even for a regular hotel was actually a room or a small storage closet. Bathroom did not offer much privacy with buildings in front of it. Tv was about 20" and it did not work. Not sure why it was even there. Stay away!!!

Die Behausung als Hotel zu bezeichnen ist ziemlich übertrieben. Das Bad ist dreckig und verschimmelt. Telefon und Fön auf dem Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Das "Frühstücksbuffet" nur eine Lachnummer, da ist das Frühstück einer Studenten-WG um Klassen besser. Ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten. Vorsicht bei der Buchung: Die Preise werden zwar inkl. Frühstück ausgewiesen, beim Check-In kommt dann die Ernüchterung, man muss dafür noch mal 8 EUR berappen.

Sehr nettes Personal. Für den Preis in Düsseldorf ein gutes Hotel. Jedoch folgende Kritikpunkte insgesamt: Zimmerausstattung alt, Nachttischlampen beide nicht funktionstüchtig. Duschkabine mit leichten Schimmelbefall, Tuschtüren der Kabine defekt. Kein Föhn, sehr kleiner TV, direkte Strassenlage. Positiv: Sehr nettes Personal, Parkplätze kostenfrei im Wohngebiet, insgesamt gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Schimmelbefall in Dusche nicht ausgeprägter als in so mancher privater Whg. Trotz Strassenlage mit S Bahn vor Tür nicht allzu laut

Cheap, convenient guest house – not a real hotel

I can't in good conscience recommend this hotel, and the main reason is the attitude of the owners. For example, they insisted on cash payment, which is unacceptable, and they had no proper record of the booking – I had to remind them three times how long I was staying. They seem more focused on hanging out with friends in the restaurant than on running a hotel – it's more like a family guest house. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible, which they should be clearer about. It's cheap, so I wasn't expecting much from the room. It's simple, the bathroom is decent. But the pillow and mattress were really poor and the lighting in the room was very weak. Two good points: it's convenient for working in the city, and the WiFi is really good. But I don't think the owners have really understood what it means to run a hotel.

Wir würden wieder hin fahren!!

Super netter Chef und Chefin. Wie ein Familienbetrieb eben ist. Frühstück war im Preis enthalten. Es war einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Top Lage vom Flughafen und in die Altstadt. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Restaurant such einfach aber leckeres Essen und gute Preise.

Hotel hat keine Parkplätze, in der Umgebung ist auch nur schwer einer zu funde, wir haben 500m entfernt geparkt. Zum Frühstück gab es nur Brötchen und Cornflakes, kein Brot, Müsli, Knäcke usw. Der Fernseher hatte von ca. 40 Kanälen nur vier, die frei empfangbar waren - aber auch nur zdf neo, servustv, bbc und one. Strom- und Telefonkabel kommen teilweise "nackt" aus der Wand, Armatur im Bad lose, dass man Angst hat, sie rauszureißen. Umgebung sehr laut. Trotz Ohropax konnte man ab 7 Uhr die Bauarbeiten in der Umgebung mitbekommen und generell liegt das Hotel, welches man auf dem ersten Blick nicht als solches erkennt, an einer äußerst viel befahrenen Straße, so dass Geräuschkulisse permanent vorhanden ist.

アクセスは値段の割に便利です。 シャワーなどは普通でしたが、下がバーのせいか部屋に嫌な臭いがたまり、熟睡できませんでした。また無線LANはロビーレストランだけで部屋にははいりませんでした。
