โOur experience here was genuinely poor. Right from the start, our room key didn't work. We got moved to another room, only to find out the AC did not work. So, on to a third room, where we then had to ask for blankets because there weren't any. The issues didn't stop there. We were told breakfast would be served at 9 AM, but it didn't arrive until 10 AM, meaning we had to rush off to catch our flight without eating. Wished they are more prepared and proactive.

"Staffs are very kind. They even prepared a nice cake for us when we checked out. Hotel is relatively little old, but it was nice to stay. Room got cleaned well and you can experience wonderful service from this hotel. "
"I stayed 2nd floor which was renovated room. BUT, there was no blinds on the bath room. You MUST add blinds in the room for privacy. It is mandatory.. Rood was very clean and nice but uncomfortable without blinds..and restaurant got more wider than before but food lineup seems less than before. Very friendly staffs same as before."
