"This hotel looked much better in pictures than it felt in reality. Check-in was average—staff could have been more welcoming and informative. The biggest issue for us was the room setup. There were no proper curtains that could be opened for natural light, which made the room feel very dark and somewhat claustrophobic. The room itself was okay in terms of cleanliness and basics, but the lack of light really impacted the overall comfort. If we were staying longer than one night, this would have been a significant concern. On the positive side, breakfast was good and the shuttle to the port was convenient and well-organized. Overall, it was an okay stay for a short visit, but I would likely explore other options next time."

"We booked the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport last minute due to an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great decision. The room rate was fair, and the amenities were excellent for our last day in Orlando with the family. We were placed on the sixth floor right beside the pool, which worked out perfectly. Our kids were able to enjoy the pool while we finished packing and got organized for our departure. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. This was our first time staying at an airport hotel, and we would absolutely do it again. Having shopping, restaurants, and everything we needed right there made things very convenient, especially for last-minute needs before our flight."
