"I had an overall positive experience during my recent two day stay. Check-in was seamless, and Emily was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my needs, which made a great first impression. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and approachable, and I really appreciated the warm service.
The room itself was a nicely refurbished space, comfortable and modern, which added to an enjoyable stay.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of housekeeping details that were overlooked. I noticed hair (not mine) across the shower tiles while I was in the shower, which was unpleasant, as well as some splatter marks on the mirror in the living area. I arranged for the room to be cleaned the following day through the app and also mentioned the specific areas needing attention to the receptionist the next morning, who assured me she would inform the cleaner. When I returned later that day, the room had clearly been serviced; however, the same areas had been missed again.
Despite this issue not being rectified, my overall experience was still a good one thanks to the lovely staff and the comfort of the refurbished room. With a bit more attention to detail from housekeeping, it would have been excellent."
