"Place was great to stay, easy and helpful staff. The line to check out was so long though, we ended up using express however that meant we couldn’t mention the Expedia rewards so I had to chase up a refund. Other than this great stay"

"Lovely room, even in the older tower. The lobby is stunning, the amenities are great (spa and sauna are a must!), and very tasty breakfast (choc fountains were a hit). Staff went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday during our stay. Highly recommend!"

"Overall we liked the location and amenities of this hotel. The food at Katsura was very good and the room service was fine. Our biggest issues was about noise. One of the nights we stayed there, they hosted this huge event right out in the lobby. The noise echoed around the whole hotel and this party actually blocked access to parts of the hotel we needed to access. This went on until after 10 pm. We understand that it was a Saturday but this was a travelers hotel and many folks, us included, had to get up early for excursions."
