"Horrible night. My AC broke and called and talked to the staff and they said they'll call me back. They didnt and had to sleep in a warm room, then maintenance came by after i told them again in the morning. They had to replace the whole AC unit right before we checked out."

"My friends and I booked a stay at their sister location 1614 and the experience was nice apartment was clean. I felt I got what I booked so myself and girlfriend decided stay another night since the 1614 had no listings we thought 1630 would have the same experience well….The lobby is very nice, but once you are in, the elevators take way to long and felt like they wanted to break down. Our first apartment smelled like rot so we asked to switch the host were nice and gave us another apartment but that one felt like it wasn’t clean. We stayed max an hour on the property before deciding to stay the night at arrive down the street. I genuinely didn’t hassle the host with a refund I just simply stated I wanted to check out and handed over the cards. Giving we came down due to the first apartment stinking you’ll think they’ll be a little more curious why we packed up and left. "

"Clean room. Fully stocked kitchen. Made a full meal and had everything we needed. Even came with a roll of paper towel, some Palmolive and a sponge. We used the oven, the gas stove and the dishwasher and all worked great. Did a load of laundry as well. Great size TV in the living room but no TV in the bedroom. Not all of the outlets in the room were functioning but had plenty of others that did work. Great location with many shops, bars, restaurants etc. Within walking distance. Great, friendly staf. Would highly recommend. "
