"The elevator to the parking garage was. It working and we had to lug our stuff up a d down. The soap dispenser in our shower just fell off the wall and we had to put it back. The room was nice."

"We only used the hotel as a one night stop-over before an early morning flight to Richmond, so we didn't take advantage of anything the hotel had to offer. Room service was decent, the room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed, so no complaints at all. We booked the hotel partly because it was so close to the airport and thought we'd be able to walk from the terminal building. Because of building work going on, however, this was not possible. The free hotel shuttle worked out ok."
