“Our room was always kept super clean. The level of service was great from start to finish. This is a place we would strongly consider visting again. Admittedly it was the slow season but the restaurant schedule was a bit confusing and constantly changing. Perhaps it would have helped to upgrade to have the butler service ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...
