“I have to say the manager was really nice and tried to help but for the reason that our reservation was canceled due to plumbing issues and not letting us know, unfortunately this contributes to a bad review. It’s unbelievable that they couldn’t fix the issue on time and let us with no place to go, everything was booked everywhere else due to a holiday weekend. We had to go get a room all the way to Downtown San Diego which was not in our plans.”
