The location is excellent. I can't say much about the staff because we saw only one employee at the terrible breakfast. Breakfast looked like leftovers! Old pastry, no cheese, no butter........ The "spa" is a box on the property.

There are truly not words for our experience. The staff is so wonderful, kind, loving helpful. The jacuzzi, both inside and the outside one.... wow... to he in nature in the hot tub, was such an amazing experience. I appreciate the staff who went out of his way to clean it for us, and while we waited, we went in the inside one. You absolutely must have a massage, she is the sweetest and so knowledgeable.... if the cooks make your daughter fall in love with Avocado toast., they accommodate to have it available.... often (lol) Every staff person we encountered was above and beyond. The healthy breakfast, was absolutely delicious. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. A million thank yous to the Beautiful staff. If you haven't had the experience of staying here, you absolutely MUST stay at this peaceful sweet haven.

This was my mom second time here at this establishment. She had a great time the first time but this time rebooking her for almost $200 room for her birthday wasn’t pleasant. The rooms door (Suite Compassion) are pretty close room another so you may hear someone if you’re listening closely. My mom wasn’t even offered at least a birthday card not saying that’s mandatory at all but it would have been a nice touch especially driving a distance here What really disappointed my mom was when she received a text from, Sarah, front dest instructing to turn OFF the TV because the neighbor was having a hard time sleeping. I definitely understand especially in QUIET resort. She’s not a child, she’s an adult and she should have been addressed nicely but lowering the volume which my mom left the tv on in the room when she left. I can definitely understand how anything that would be for a neighbor if the volume was up. We paid to use the amenities that is included in the fee but to tell someone to turn it off. Sound ruthless Beautiful area and definitely quiet enough to hear a pen drop.

But the free continental breakfast that came with the premium room was just bagels and oatmeal and they said they supplied toiletries but there was only soap and toilet paper idk I just expected a little more for the price, but they were very nice and very clean just bring your own supplies and you gotta pay extra for a breakfast.
