"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said that up until 9AM which was the real let down as a mom who fought for the time alone to relax. Breakfast was available and edible no complaints there our room was clean. When we called for towels they never came until we stopped the housekeeper the next day in the hallway.. I did have higher expectations for the Embassy but thanks for the stay!"

"Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Blood stains and cigarette holes in the sheets, moldy shower curtain, no room service, loud fight in nearby room at 6 in the morning. One of the front desk staff was nice enough but the other was VERY rude. Do NOT stay here!!! This hotel needs to be removed from Expedia's listings!!"

"Stayed one night while in town for work. This place is super clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I will definitely stay again when I am back in the area."

"Check in was slow even after having booked a good 2 months in advance, DID NOT GET FIRST FLOOR AS REQUESTED THIRD FLOOR INSTEAD..the room was nice and big and clean BUT the floors were loose and squeaky and loud and bathroom faucet loose so went down to front desk to request a different room of same size,etc. Preferably on first floor...got first floor but NOT SAME SIZE OF KING HANDICAP ETC,WAS MUCH SMALLER!!! After returning to room on first day out at around 8pm, my wife and I were locked out of room! Ridiculous...unacceptable...the front desk person next morning was a big black man who was not very nice at all,grumpy and unwilling to accomidate or communicate with me...maybe because I am white? This was NOT the experience we expected from such a Hotel, and would NOT RECOMMEND OR PAY THE PRICE!"
