It was a nice clean, comfortable room for the night. I realize it's an extended stay hotel however they do offer one night stays they should provided complimentary toiletries in case someone was expecting them. Also, adding a coffee pot or Keurig would be really appreciated by most.

The staff was super nice and helpful but the overall experience was ok. The pillows are less than ideal. They are thin, square tiny pillows that I wouldn’t even call a pillow. There are no coffee makers in the room, no hair dryers, irons, doesn’t come with shampoo or conditioner. Very basic hotel. Definitely overpriced.

I was very in and out, only staying one night. Didn't love the major dust bunnies under the desk right across from the bed, but other than that everything was very clean. I actually thought the bed was super comfortable and I slept the best I ever have in a hotel.. which is rare.

We needed a two day stay on short notice. The fact that we also needed a place that would take cats complicated things. The staff were super helpful and they had no problem accomadating us on short notice. If you're looking for something high end, this isn't the place, but if you want something dependable at a decent price this is a good choice for you.

There is not an ounce of doubt, in my mind, that this location will be the one I use whenever I am in the area for work. The location is right by a Meijer, restaurants and other big box shopping locations, but it is also tucked away where you're not bothered by the noise or traffic. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! They were more than accommodating from the moment I checked in. Some are bothered by the process of having to call or use a kiosk, but it is absolutely not anything to hold against the staff here. Customer Service is an art that many no longer hold, but this location has not forgotten what's important and they are literally top notch.

Nice area shops and grocery stores and restaurants near by. I could tell the floors in the room hadn’t been mopped in a while… mistakenly dropped water went to wipe it up the towel was filthy
