“I have a service animal yet I was charged for my service animal. I went back inside when the charge hit.my account and the man at the front desk refunded me but now the refund has been taken away and I am still being charged for.my service animal. She is a diabetic alert dog. Which is against the law for me to be charged. I don't understand how you refund someone and then take it back without any notification or explanation. This is very frustrating.”

“The room air conditioner wouldn’t get pass 72 degrees. The restaurant on top was closed for the weekend.”

“I called prior to booking to ask if there was room for a pick up and 40' trailer to park and was informed that there was. upon arrival, there was not enough room to easily pull in and park the truck and trailer. The room was dirty and this is not an area to want to book in if you have children with you. To top it off, the receiver hitch on the truck was missing.”

“The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links.”

“Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask...

“Cheap place to spend the night.”

“First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER”

“The bed makes a tin can sound every time you moved in it. No maid service to even empty the garbage. No Kleenex in the room or extra toilet paper. Even found a bottle cap under an item from the previous guest.”

“for 78$ i,d say i got what i paid for. property need a serious overhaul in all areas. especially bathrooms and A/C. not horrible, but would not say was good either”
