“Great place to stay.was there for wedding and staff did amazing job behind the bar.only slight negative was wifi not great in room but only minor thing.Great breakfast ”

“Spent two nights as a couple with a small dog. Totally relaxing break on the banks of the River Trent. Stayed in one of the adjacent cottages (no 14). Excellent. Only niggles were that although the bathroom had been recently refurbished, the extractor fan was not working and there was nowhere to hang a towel. Bathroom had the best shower I have ever used. Talk about a whoosh! We ate both nights in the restaurant. It had a limited menu, but the food was good. Food and drinks reasonably priced....

“Staff were excellent and very friendly especially reception. Very warm welcome, I liked the rooms, they have a modern feel and the bathroom clean and modern. Surprisingly good breakfast with all you might like to eat for a modern British breakfast. ”
