Good location

Visited Eastbourne for the tennis tournament and the hotel was nearby. The Towner gallery, good restaurants and the seafront were also round the corner. The layout of the hotel was labyrinthine, but our room was comfortable, clean and quiet, and the staff were very helpful.

Very clean and comfy room, facilities were nice and was great for a single night stay. Disappointed with the parking as was advertised as secure parking, yet I was guided to park in the middle of a set of storage units at the back of the hotel. Staff were friendly and hotel looked well kept, nice location too.

Lovely hotel very close to the seaside. Excellent service. We got our room upgraded for free. Freshly cooked tasty breakfast. Cheap parking. Definitely recommend.

Lovely light airy room, large double bed, very comfortable. Hotel is being refurbished, staff ever so polite and friendly. Great breakfast, not a large choice, but sufficient for us. Larger than average room.

Nice clean sheets and towels but the carpet had some old hair ball, nothing major really, probably just not picked up by the hoover. However, all staff were super nice, smiley and helpful. Breakfast was very good and non-greasy. Would stay again as very quite street and literally by the sea front..

Well situated hotel that has undergone a lot of work recently. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely breakfast cooked fresh to order. There are lifts but there are also mezzanine floors which result in some short flights of stairs. Comfortable bed.
