“좋았다. 스태프들은 친절하고 시설도 좋다. 단점은 화장실서 냄새가 좀 올라옴. 타이밍 놓치면 청소 안하는 경우도 있음.”

“Otel çok başarılı. Temizlik çok iyiydi. ihtiyaç duyulan malzemeler, hatta ütü ve ütü tahtası bile vardı odada. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve kibardı. Tekrar kalmak isteriz. Otelle ilgili eleştiri yapabileceğimiz tek şey; duşa kabinin kapısının altından tuvaletin içine sızan sular. Bu kadar mükemmel yapılmış odalarda bu mühendislik hatası üzücü olmuş.”

“I expected a little more from this hotel property, since it was the highest rated property in Elazig. However, the hotel smelled stale and like cigarette smoke although the hotel seemed very clean. I was disappointed with the hotel breakfast as the choices were very few, and there was no person on duty to serve customers. However, I understand this may not be the busy season as there were not many customers there.Tthe staff were very nice and appeared to be trying their best. ”
