"My room was very clean and well serviced. It was on the 27th floor so the view was great. It was right in the centre of Warsaw, so public transport galore was close at hand. Buffet breakfast was ample and varied, very good choice of food and drink. Lifts were high speed. Never had to wait long for one to arrive. Staff were helpfull. Downsides were minor, such as confusing light switches. It took me a while to figure out which switch worked which light. There were no drawers anywhere, which was an astonishing ommission. Though wardrobe space was OK for my stuff. Bathroom was clean, with plenty of towels and toiletries."

The Riverside spa hotel, from the girl who checked me in, to the staff behind the bar, all the reception staff,and the ones working in the spa. They were all very helpful.The spa area and swimming pool was the reason I chose this hotel. It was excellent. I have no complaints"
