"Room was clean but it is basic. You just go there stop by sleep and then go on, so it's motel. Don't expect anything more than that."

"The employees were very friendly. I had to leave a day early due to bad weather and I just received a note from them saying I have a credit that can be used for up to 1 year. Unheard of in today's day and age. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. I won't consider staying anywhere else when I go back to Yellowstone."

"Great breakfast, plenty of towels, good quality: shampoo, hand soap, lotion. Very quiet. parking near entrance. location. Plenty of luggage carts. One criticism: 2 desk clerks - unfriendly. Personally, I would fire any desk personnel who didn’t greet my guests with a smile and a warm “ Welcome.” The young large male was especially cold. He was always too busy playing on the computer instead of minding the store. He never once smiled, not friendly at all. The facility itself was terrific."

"We found the room clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was what we expected. Hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels or bread for toast, yogurt, waffle mix and orange juice. The extremely low height of the toilet was the downside of our stay."

"Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and staff was very accommodating. We had 3 rooms with my elderly disabled parents and staff helped out in every way. Great trip!"

Best Western Plus Cottontree Inn

"Room was clean and staff was courteous. Beds were hard and uncomfortable (king and pullout couch). Lots of hot water and great water pressure. Pool was nice but not real warm, hot tub was nice. There was a water filling station by the pool which was nice. We were told breakfast was until 10am but if we got there around 9:30am most stuff was out and being taken away (waffles, yogurt, toaster, etc.), kitchen staff said they finish at 9am so technically food is available until 10am but not refilled once out."
