“We requested 2 more pillows twice and never brought up to us. There was no iron or ironing board.”

“Of all of the hotels I stayed at on my short 9 day vacation...this one was the best. Well maintained, friendly staff, very clean and well serviced room ( no light bulbs out). They had an excellent breakfast included in the cost of this hotel room. A huge selling point for travellers. They provided free snacks... Chocolate chip cookies plus a cup of buttery twist pretzels ( give me the name brand, I will buy them) and a lemon ice water...plus... After 5:00pm they served a delicious corn chowder...

“I should have read the fine print about the pool and hot tub. Not convenient to go to the fitness center across the parking lot to get to it. But overall the rooms were clean.”

“There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hotel lobby and in my room. Once I turned the AC off, it seemed to be better. The room was dead bolted from the outside and I wasn’t told that I needed to go through the hallway first in order to be able to access the room from the courtyard. The hotel is very outdated but clean. It kind of adds to the “charm” in a way but some people might not like that.”

“After I booked this hotel for one night, I noticed that some of the reviews were not great, and I wondered if I had made a mistake. I have no idea why the reviews are not totally stellar! Glendive is a small town in Eastern Montana far away from most things, although with a nice setting in the Montana Badlands. This is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel in the middle of nowhere -- what's to complain about? My room was large, comfortable, clean and modern and everything worked. A solid...

“Check in was a breeze. The gal at the front was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comforable. However the air conditioning unit wouldn’t stay cool. Had to turn it off several times before it would work properly. Other than minor issue, the stay was overall a good one. Would stay again.”
