I chose Riverside because there are two comfortable chairs (one a recliner). Bonus for the square table with two dining chairs. One queen bed allowed the extra seating.

Friendly staff. Nice affordable room while passing through. Has well water just an FYI. Wasnt a problem for us. Highly recommend this Motel or you can go pay double somewhere else

At first glance, it might seem a bit rough on the outside, but the room is impressively spotless—down to the towel—smelling fresh as if they've been washed in quality laundry soap.

Overwhelming smell when you get into the room. There is a bed dent, toothpaste on the mirror, and no coffee in the room. It was a basic room where improvements could be made to make the stay more comfortable. Would not stay there again.
