“We stopped in Billings on a road trip, and the reason I stayed here is because the waterpark was supposedly included in the stay. There were pictures on the website of the water park, and my 5 children were so excited. What they don’t tell you is it’s not included, it actually costs $20 a person! That was really frustrating for me, because I felt I was tricked. The hotel was good, breakfast was pretty good, but I hoped it would have bacon. Also, I asked for a late checkout and first was told...

“Everything was great except the water pressure. Our room was on the 3rd floor and I didn't wash my hair over the 2 night stay due to fear that the water pressure wouldn't be sufficient to remove shampoo/conditioner. The water pressure out of the bathroom sink was stronger.”

“Only stayed one night but everything was comfortable. Only used the pool and hot tub which was nice. Was misinformed about dining so we weren’t able to order dinner and we had breakfast elsewhere. All in all it was a good value.”

“Everything was good except they falsified haven hot breakfast, said they didn't get ship meant in, but they don't even have room for any food . Only coffee 😔”

“Good value hotel. No frills but clean, reasonably priced and adequate for a night's sleep. I'd stay again 👍”

“This property was fine except for the tv programing. About half the channels didn't work. Most importantly, all local (Billings) channels were not available. I asked the desk what the problem was and they said management was aware had it had been months. Too bad, as there were weather issues during our stay.”
