Hedgesville itself doesn’t have a lot going on - a few independent restaurants & shops, a Martin’s grocery store. If you’re looking for Walmart or chain restaurants, there are plenty in nearby Martinsburg. This visit for us, though, was all about staying in and enjoying the woods around us. #hiking.. i love hiking being out doors following a trail or just making my own fresh air and the out doors is amazing. i hike every chance i can close to home or travel to find new locations, I'm from akron Ohio but i love to travel this photo was from...Seneca Rock WV was about a 4hr drive for me but well worth it and the hike and view was breath taking can't wait to g back

"Room was clean and location is perfect. The bathroom was not so clean, room was freezing upon entering and refrigerator was off, so that took sometime. All else was good, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, microwave,remote was working with nice big TV, small table so we could play cards or eat. Walk to the casino. Good for a quick stay. "

"We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again."
