Hôtel Le Rosay

"We arrived amidst a torrential downpour. We made our way in to the Hotel reception only to find no one there. After calling a few phone numbers we were instructed to backtrack down the road and check in at another hotel (I’m assuming there is an affiliation of some sort). We found this to be extremely time consuming when a general check in usually takes about 5 mins. All told this process set us back at least another 30 minutes. Did I mention the downpour accompanied by lightning and thunder. The only saving grace at this point was when we had made our way back to the original hotel we were able to unpack the car under a covered entrance. I was however soaked right through by the time I got to my room after parking the car. My only complaint with the room was a blood stain about the size of a quarter on the edge of my pillow which I noticed in the morning before we checked out. All in all the room suited us fine for one night. I think the whole check in process though needs to be revamped."
Hotel Lac Brome, BW Signature Collection

"The hotel is located across the road from Lac Brome, so a very nice view of the lake and there is a beach area with a few kayaks for use. Parking is convenient and the staff are pleasant and efficient. Our room was at the back of the hotel with a balcony, a king size bed and well equipped. The continental breakfast has good choices. Knowlton is 15 minutes away and the road is scenic along the lakeshore."

"La prochaine fois, si je peux choisir la chambre avec hotel.com ou expedia.coom parce qu'a l'exception que la chambre était à presque un demi kilometre de l'entree principale (ou est mon auto) ce qui pour moi(utilisant une canne pour marcher) est fatiguant mais pour le reste, tout était bien"

"Les chambres était très spacieuse et moderne. Hôtel très bien situé centre ville sherbrooke. Par contre j'ai choisi cette hôtel pour le stationnement intérieur et durant mon séjour le garage étais très sabloneux et avais besoin d'être nettoyer afin d'accueillir des voitures de luxe."

"L’hôtel était acceptable. Aucune prise pour brancher nos cellulaires. La chambre était propre mais on voit que ça manquait d’amour. Le bureau les tiroirs était brisé Le plafond a été réparer et ça se voyait très bien. Incapable de prendre un bain pas de bouchon. Le restaurant était très bon"

"Hotel bien situé malgré qu’il n’y a pas de trottoir le long de la route. Chambre assez grande avec un bon lit propre. Le plancher de la salle de bain était salle, des traces de souliers sur la céramique ainsi que des cheveux, nous avons lavé le plancher avec une serviette. Bon petit déjeuner complet par contre il n’y pas assez de place pour tout le monde, c'était le cohue et les gens faisaient la file pour avoir une table. Le déjeuner est a 7h, deja s’il serait a partir de 6h ca éliminerait ceux qui veulent partir tot."
