"Very comfortable, the fireplace gas stove in the dining area was hard to find the remote. Thats my only complaint. I had nice hot showers, the little kitchen was just right for my breakfasts, decent WIFI, and got to know 3 deer that meandered through the back yard!"

"We just left and spent 3 restful nights at the Oxford Inn downtown Spokane. Bed was comfy. Room was nice size. Always love the tub/shower combination. Breakfast was so yummy with plenty and lots of choice. All of the staff were great. First night we arrived I wasn't feeling great. Husband ordered a French Dip from the bistro. I had one bite as he said it was so good and it was delicious. Wonderful graduation weekend with our grandson. Thanks for the nice stay."

"I cannot say enough good things about The Finch. This hotel is a real gem and such a breath of fresh air compared to traditional hotels. The property itself is amazing - modern, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring downtown. The staff was incredibly welcoming and genuinely caring, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. I cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"Cost to value ratio was off and hotel staff mainly at the front desk, was like dealing the dmv, Steven the bartender was fantastic, the property decor and it's history is amazing, wish the staff feel like they were working at such a cool place. The amenities and room are unique and quality, but to cost to value is a little off. Could be the lack of grace in the staff that delivered them. Not bad stay, however if the building is this iconic, the clout factor is high, and so are is the prices, then I will be judging critically."

"I walked in the room to a pungent odour of chemicals and perfume and walked right back out. We suspect the room had been smoked in or had bed bugs so they were trying to hide the smell of the smoke or fumigation chemicals. Absolutely uninhabitable. The property claims to be smoke free but the lobby wreaked of cigarettes. Still waiting for my refund. Had to pack up my family at 9 pm at night and find somewhere else to go at a much, much higher cost. The front desk agent was great."
