"Quick check-in and spacious room. Few maintenance items reported like bathroom fan and plugged second sink reported at check out. Arrived too late for restaurant and bar, but decent breakfast options."

"Our bathroom was dirty and in spite of telling them housekeeping never came to our room. On top of that, there was only 1 set of towels in our room and when I called the next morning, I was told that housekeeping will start at 9 am. I went to the front desk for my towel and I was told someone will bring it up in 2 minutes. After 15 minutes I called and I was told I might as well get my towels from the pool because they were too busy accommodating requests. Also our parking pass expired (parking is $15/day) for no reason and we had to pay using our credit card in order to get out of the lot. We found out that other guests were having the same problem. One night we were drinking wine at the lobby and we were told we couldn’t drink alcohol purchased outside. The next night someone was drinking wine and another was drinking beer at the lobby. The next morning the glass of wine and the empty glass of the man drinking beer were still at the lobby. I used the restroom at the lobby and it was so dirty. This was at 9:30 in the morning. "

"Beautiful historic hotel! Large pretty rooms,nice amenities and beautiful sitting area and decor. "

"The hotel was reasonably priced. My issues with it were that a couple of the white bath towels had stains on them that made them disturbing to use once I noticed them. From the smell of the towels, the stains were old, not from us. We kept our Do Not Disturb sign up but the one day we wanted service, i asked the front desk if they could send housekeeping to our room, the man at the front desk said he would put in a request for housekeeping to my room but when we returned at the end of the day, no housekeeping had come to our room. I thought that was dishonest on the part of the front desk staff. On our last day though, there was a lady at the front office that went above and beyond when she took my 'cup of noodles' to the restaurant kitchen to put hot water in them so i could eat them in my room. That was much appreciated!"

"The restaurant was a waste of money, expensive and we left hungry. The handicap bedroom had a real low couch and bed. I ended up sitting on my walker the whole time. I needed help getting out of bed. I have a bad back. The place was extremely clean and the staff friendly. Not enough parking, as we had to drive around 3 times over the whole lot looking for parking, and believe it or not, I only saw 2 handicapped spots."

"great valet parking, check in took a bit of time because there were several wedding parties checking in at the same time, love the hotel, great location, easy walking distance to or event wanted to eat in the Palm Lounge for breakfast but they were a bit overwhelmed so we went elsewhere"

"It was a very nice hotel overall. The surrounding is a little sketchy with a lot of people who were experiencing homelessness near by. The 7/11 across the street was a little scary to go to as a young female at night is the only thing, but besides that the hotel was great"
