The staff was very helpful in changing our room from an accessible one to one that wasn’t. They also accommodated a request to place us on a different floor than the big group of kids that was staying there. Our room was well equipped and clean. We booked a room with a river view and were so pleased. The location was great to enjoy the river walk. The hotel’s restaurant had a wonderful salad and friendly wait staff. Only areas of improvement might be the slightly loud air conditioner and a somewhat confusing parking process.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. They’re in the process of renovating the hotel and both restaurants you really couldn’t tell. We were on the 15th floor we had no noise a late check out and a great breakfast.
