The room I was in (1310 yet weirdly not on the 13th floor) needed more electrical outlets. USB outlets are pretty standard now. Better quality tea and coffee in the room too. "

"Cold welcome. Disgusting bathroom - I ran a bath and it was yellow and scummy. I had to find a cleaner to help me out, because the phone in the room didn’t work (however, the cleaner was lovely). Filthy windows. Tatty bed covering. All in all, it feels like a faded glory kind of situation. In the end I drove home rather than sleep there. The place just has a weird vibe."
