โWe were just at the hotel for the overnight as we were traveling home. The thing that stood out to me were the friendly people working the front desk. Hassan and Steve were there when we checked in and Iโm embarrassed to say I donโt remember the name of the Very nice man this morning who checked us out. โ
โNice courtyard with grill. The pool had a toy chest with inflatables available. Great idea! Lots of stores and food nearby. Clean and family friendly.โ
โOur stay at the Wheeling Holiday Inn Express was fantastic. Clean, large, well appointed rooms. A generous breakfast each morning. Pool, outdoor sitting area. We will return. It was a most pleasant experience staying at the Wheeling Holiday Express. โ
โWe appreciated the space and updates to the room. The room was clean and loved the updates to the bathroom. We would definitely choose this hotel again. The breakfast was as expected with the usual cold and hot items. My only criticism is that the beds are a bit firm, pillows were flat, and the sink didnโt drain well, but Iโve stayed at worse places. โ
โcomfortable mom and pop old fashioned style motel. Clean, reasonable price and close to shopping and locations to eat. Used as base camp for visits to West Virginia State Penitentiary. โ
